I just wanted to compliment you guys of running a great business! I have just recently taken up the hookah as a hobby. Your site was very informative, your prices are very reasonable, processing and shipping times are very fast, your rewards program is wonderful (free stuff rocks!) And most importantly, your customer service is absolutely top notch A+ excellent. Two instances come to mind:
1. I ordered my first hookah and selected 3 day shipping this would have cost me an extra $60, but you modified my shipping because it was already a guaranteed 3 day service. Most places would just have kept the money
2. There were product that I ordered that were out of stock, I actually received a phone call from a REAL person. We were able to modify my order, and it was sent out that very same day! Any other retailer would just have sent me a email and wouldn't have thought twice about it.
You excellent service has just earned you a lifelong customer. I love you guys and look forward to doing tons of business with you!

I finally received the replacement parts to my Hookah and the tobacco (peach and double apple). There was a mix up with FedEx and I didn't get it until yesterday.
