Hookah Shopping Process/Checkout
SouthSmoke.com strives to maintain customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and simplified ordering system for your convenience. Here are some tips to ensure that your Hookah shopping experience at SouthSmoke.com is pleasant and worry free:
- When you see an item you would like to buy, click on the "add to cart" button located at the bottom of the product page. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
- After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page, or access the shopping cart and select the "Checkout" button from any order detail page.
- During the Checkout process, you will be required to enter your billing and shipping information, along with your payment method. If you have concerns about submitting your credit card information online, please read our Secure Ordering policy. We will also ask you which shipping method you would like for delivery purposes. Please note that Express shipping rates are only estimated and may vary depending on the cubic volume of the shipping box containing your Hookah merchandise.
- Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (CO, FL, NC and NV accounts only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, please click on the "Submit Order" button. If any of the shipping or payment information that you provided is incorrect, you may click on the "Modify Order" button to go back and adjust the information on presented on the previous pages. You may also cancel the order at this point if you do not wish to proceed with placing your order at SouthSmoke.com.
- Once you have made sure that the information you have entered is correct, click on "Submit Order" and a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order confirmation number. Please print this page for your records. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within one hour.
- Once your order is completed and shipped from our warehouses, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a link to check the status of your order. You will be able to view your order status and track your shipments directly from your SouthSmoke.com account.
