1. Shipping Rates - Domestic
Read below for more information about the several shipping methods we offer for orders being shipped within the U.S.
Effective January 19, 2008, Ground shipping rates for orders less than $95 that are being shipped within the Continental United States will be based on a four tier flat fee schedule. This change is due to the increasing costs associated with fuel surcharge increases for FedEx Ground shipments.
For orders being shipped within the Continental United States via Ground service that have a merchandise value between $0.00 and $19.99, a flat rate shipping fee of $6.98 will apply.
For orders being shipped within the Continental United States via Ground service that have a merchandise value between $20.00 and $39.99, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.98 will apply.
For orders being shipped within the Continental United States via Ground service that have a merchandise value between $40.00 and $59.99, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.98 will apply.
For orders being shipped within the Continental United States via Ground service that have a merchandise value between $60.00 and $94.99, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.98 will apply.
If your order total exceeds $95 in merchandise and your order is being delivered within the Continental United States, you may qualify for free Ground Shipping. For more information regarding our free shipping policies, please click here.
If you require a faster shipping method other than our Standard Ground Service, please select one of our Express Shipping Options, such as UPS Express 2-Day or UPS Overnight Express. Please be advised that the Express shipping rates displayed during the checkout process at SouthSmoke.com are only estimated and may vary depending on different circumstances.
If you are shipping items to an APO, FPO or PO Box address, your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Ground Saver - Standard Processing
Ground Expedited - Rush Processing
SouthSmoke.com offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 3PM EST for an additional fee of $0.99. SouthSmoke.com will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same business day. If we fail to ship your order within two business days, we will refund the Rush Processing fee in the form of a SouthSmoke.com Gift Card. The Rush Processing fee will be refunded on orders shipped from sub-contracted facilities if the order is not shipped within four business days. Please note that business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
