Tutti Frutti sounded like a fun, playful flavor, so I decided to give it a try. It is made by one of my favorite
hookah tobacco brands,
Fumari. Fumari rocks because they are always consistent with their flavors, the taste always pops and the clouds are always fantastic. Fumari has been a staple in the
hookah scene since their emergence in 1997 due to unique, striking flavor options and the fact that they are 100% cruelty free! That’s right, Fumari is vegan friendly. They use no animal-based glycerin or animal testing. Even if you aren’t vegan, that’s still a happy little bonus! Plus they use no dyes, what you see is all natural and pure as can be.
Smell and Setup
Upon opening the resealable bag, I noticed a very fruity smell. The bright pop of cherry hit my nose first, quickly followed by citrus notes and a large mixture of fruits. It instantly reminded me of rainbow Dippin Dots or Fruit Stripe Gum. I decided to smoke this in my beloved
Khalil Mamoon Halzone Oxidized hookah, a gorgeous, classic hookah only seemed fitting for a flavor that smelled this good. For my bowl, I went with the Khalil Mamoon Clay Bowl that came with my lovely hookah, since I have been in absolute love with everything about this hookah. Instead for an HMD, I decided to go classic and use
Pre-Punched Hookah Foil by Vapor Hookahs. For coals, I went with
CocoUrth Cubes to ensure I had the absolute best, purest flavor possible.
Flavor Review
First inhale: FRUIT. Holy moly this stuff is fruity. Tutti Frutti is bright and flavorful. Just as it smells, cherry is the first flavor, the rest follow. It is very reminiscent of Fruit Stripe gum or a fruit punch. The flavor was strong, but not overpowering and really felt like summer time. Next time I smoke it, however, I will be mixing in
Fumari's Mint to create a snow ball (snow cone for those non-Southerners) effect. Overall, I would smoke this flavor again. It is more of a flavor I would prefer to share with friends, however. Find it in
