Here are a few to help you along the way! 1.When prepping your hookah foil go for smaller holes. This provides air flow but allows for a more restricted draw. You will get a thicker smoke from doing so and more flavor. You can experiment with the amount of holes as well. I find 2-3 rings around the bowl does the trick. 2.Don’t re-coal your shisha. I have yet to find shisha that tastes pleasant after putting new coals on a session already in progress. A Phunnel bowl or Vortex bowl will greatly reduce wasted shisha. You will conserve more juice with the shisha, keeping the flavor where it belongs, and still get huge clouds. 3.Clean your hookah after every session. Gunk will build up fast inside your hookah and it will hinder the flavor of your shisha. Proper cleaning and storage is the key to taking care of your hookah. When your hookah is not in use, clean it and then let it dry completely before storing it. Leaving it in pieces rather than set up will allow for more airflow to get rid of shisha odors. 4.Bigger base means bigger clouds. A lot of people seem to think that the taller the hookah is the bigger the clouds they will get. It is all about the volume of the base. The bigger the base the more smoke can build up producing larger clouds. Of course this only works with a properly packed bowl. Be sure to leave room for airflow and take care not to over pack your bowl. No one likes burnt shisha!
