Good Stuff
Opened the box (Eskandarani) and took out the smaller box (pictured on the left.) The small box isn't meant to hold the shisha, but the shisha itself is finely chopped and very syrupy. Burnt a little fast, but I've only smoked one bowl of it.

I'm undoubtedly going to purchase more Golden Seal.

Unbelievably great smoke!
I've been smoking hookah for 10 years now. I have tried alot of brands and I just hadn't found anything I would smoke over and over. That is until I ordered a few Al-Fakher flavors.
The smoke it produces is fantastic and the flavor lasts. I suggest packing it light and going easy on the coals. I use natural coals and the taste of the coals is hidden by the robustness of the Al-Fakher tobacco.
I've tried a number of the flavors but my favorite mixtures are strawberry with jasmine or strawberry with rose. They are all great and Al-Fakher is all I smoke now and the price makes this tobacco even better.

Ok, so i have been an avid shisha smoker for about 3 months now, not long right? What possible wisdom could I impart on those reading this review you say. Well I tell you, out of the 4 brands and the wide variety flavors I have enjoyed, nothing has been so delicious as the Golden seal al-fakher line of shisha. You can tell the difference the second you open the box, from the sealed flip top plexi box, to the shiny golden pouch containing evenlt cut fully saturated shisha. Oh the aroma... Right when the pouch is fully out of its compartment you are engulfed in its rich and sweet aroma. Theres plenty of molasses to keep the shisha moist and extra to go around your bowl. Now lets talk about the smoke. Each pull I took thru the hose was rich and sweet not overpowering but tasty. I decided to increase my charcoals by a small fraction and was very pleased to find a rich heady smoke followed. This flavorful and thick smoke whent on for the next 40 minutes, mmm... apples

What I've been looking for all along
I got some sour apple from Al-Amir hoping for and expecting a truly sour taste, but instead got something that had hints of sour apple, but was more sweet and reminiscent of double apple. Not bad, but not what I had in mind. So, I decided to splurge and go with the Golden Al-Fakher eskarandi apple flavor, and I was astounded!!! My previous experience with shisha has been that, after smoking a flavor of shisha, I'd be thinking "Yeah, I can see how that kind of tastes like such and such." This, however, was spot on sour apple. Not very sweet at all, but deliciously sour, like sour candy. Fantastic! It blew my mind! It was literally a tan/blond/golden colored tobacco, very syrupy, and very fragrant. It burned perfectly thick, and lasted twice as long as any other shisha I've ever smoked. Top notch, and well worth the money! I'm never going to buy anything other than Al-Fakher again.
