This stem cap is designed to screw into the hose ports on most multiple hose Mya Hookahs, cutting off the air flow and sealing the stem so that less users can smoke from the Hookah. The Mya Hookah Stem Cap is necessary when not using a Mya Hookah Stem Adaptor or Mya Pressure Release Valve.
