This stem cap is designed to screw into the hose ports on most multiple hose Chinese and Mya brand Hookahs, cutting off the air flow and sealing the stem so that less users can smoke from the Hookah. The Hookah Stem Cap is necessary when not using a Hookah Hose Stem Adapter or Pressure Release Valve.
