Cozy Cafe Reviewed on 04/03/2008 I have been to almost all the hookah bars in the lower east side and without a doubt this is the best one. First of all, they have the best tasting hookahs around and the atomsphere is something fresh and comfortable. I have been to this place twice and each time i go it gets better and better. It's a place where u can take ur friends and or your girlfriend. They do ask for IDs, if u want beer which is good because you dont have drunk teenagers rolling around you. the music is nice and the plasma TV on the walls showing music videos are outstanding. P.S if you go to this place try the Viagra hookah which is made in a pineapple or try the Ali special you will not regret it.
Pros: Atmosphere and Hookah Cons: No Credit Cards Accepted
