Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The entry period for the prize drawings begins on November 1, 2008, at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on November 30, 2008, at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter in one of two ways.

3. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES:

A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received at the end of the Promotion Period to determine the winner of the prizes. The drawings will be held sometime in the first five days of August. All drawings will be completed on or about December 10, 2008 with the winners being announced upon each winner's acceptance of a prize. All drawings are conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner's name, likeness, photo, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in television, radio, Internet, and print advertisement without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of a prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on a prize and for any other expenses associated with the prize not specifically described herein.

Each prize will be shipped to each winner when their next order is placed at SouthSmoke.com. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry if the entry was made without purchase or the authorized account holder of the credit card used to make the purchase if entry was made with purchase. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

Promotion open to all legal U.S. residents who are 21 years or older as of October 21, 2008. Employees of Sponsor, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this promotion.

5. NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or U.S. mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned, properly executed, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of prize notification. If these documents are not returned within this time period, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. WINNER'S LIST:

The names of all winners of the monthly contest will be placed on SouthSmoke.com. For the name of the winners send an email to SouthSmoke.com using the Contact Us section, making sure to include the following information:

7. SPONSOR:

SouthSmoke.com is the sole sponsor of this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.
